1For transmitters employing frequency synthesis (mixers, multipliers, etc.) to generate F

from base frequencies lower than 0.5 Fo, the minimum test frequency shall be extended to include the lowest base frequency.

2Frequency where emission level is (P 60) or 30 dBm/kHz, whichever is lower. However, the frequency range covered shall include bands for satellite communications between 40 GHz and 100 GHz.
